Our story starts with one woman in a wheelchair and a calendar full of important appointments in the Indianapolis area.
Her family did everything right, booked rides, called ahead, planned extra time. But too often, the ride was late, rushed, or never showed up at all. Each missed appointment meant more worry, more pain, and less trust in the system that was supposed to help.
Watching this happen again and again, we saw a bigger problem: there simply weren’t enough reliable, wheelchair‑accessible transport options for people who needed them most.
The Promise
